We should always be patriotic, but that should not come at the expense of the truth. The alt-right grew out of the truth movement and a desire to learn the truth and expose injustices.
The truth is we never should have gone to war against Germany and Churchill bears responsibility for the deaths of millions of us.
To point this out does not mean being unpatriotic, it means accepting our failures and ensuring they don’t happen again.
