Free speech on the internet has not led to an increase in hate crimes according to a report prepared for the US President by the National Telecommunications and Information Administration.

These reports usually appear on the government website, but this one has not, as yet.

It is suspected that the DoJ Civil Rights Division, who are tasked with prosecuting hate crimes, are responsible for supressing it.
