The Daily Nationalist: Assad Wins by a Landslide – DN 060321

Sven Longshanks and Dr Matthew Raphael Johnson look at the recent Syrian presidential election.

Bashar al Assad won once again with 95% of the vote and with an 80% turnout.

International observers from the east and global south confirmed that no election laws were broken.

The high level  of support for Assad is not suspicious, he is a Nationalist and so he puts his people first.
