Sven Longshanks talks about ‘inclusivity’ leading to grade inflation and new anti-male speech codes at universities.
The Office for Students says that tutors across the sector are giving minorities top marks when they cannot even write to a good standard.
The Equality Act is being used as the excuse for doing this, as it would be discriminatory to expect migrants to have a good grasp of English.
Grade inflation has been the result, with the number gaining a 2:1 in the last eight years growing from 67% to 79%.
On top of this the policing of language continues, with universities being told to stop using words like ‘man’ ‘mother’ ‘forefathers’ and ‘one man show’.
By removing the use of the word, they expect the concept to no longer exist, but isn’t this confirmation of Gedaliah Braun’s theory that because there are no Zulu words for abstract ideas, Zulus are not capable of thinking in abstract terms?
