Sven Longshanks discusses an appeal against ‘hate incidents’ and ‘woke scores’ for academics at Oxford.
Harry Miller the ex-policeman has won his appeal at the High Court against Police regulations surrounding ‘hate incidents’ that were having a chilling effect on free speech.
The esteemed judges sided with him and now the Police will have to change their regulations. It is not an offence to be offensive, free speech is essential for a functioning democracy.
Oxford University have issued recommendations that all academics should be checked to see how much they have done to denounce their colleagues for not being politically correct enough.
This will enable experts to judge their ‘woke score’ and determine their suitability for for job placement or promotion.
