Sven Longshanks narrates a detailed history of the Edomite connection to the Jewish nation.

The tribes of Israel were split into two kingdoms, the ten tribe House of Israel and the two tribe House of Judah.

The tribe of Levites or priests were split between them and both kingdoms lost their land to invading conquerors.

A remnant of the tribe of Judah returned and renamed the country Judea, while the ten tribes never returned.

After this remnant had returned and intermingled with the new inhabitants of the land, they became known as Jews.
