The Daily Nationalist: The End of the Jury System – DN 052622

Today's Daily Nationalist by a solo Dr Matthew Raphael Johnson, deals with the American legal system, specifically the criminal justice system.

The case of Pena-Rodriguez v. Colorado (2017) eliminates jury autonomy in the hunt for any “racist” thinking, no matter how benign.

Jury deliberations will now take place under state supervision, or so the decision implies.

The purpose is to seemingly make trying non-white criminals impossible.

Its implications are so destructive that the criminal jury itself is becoming irrelevant.
