While the government and media (which always walks in lockstep together) claim to be doing the things they do (especially censorship) in order to promote a more tolerant society, the results say otherwise. If they wished to bring people closer together in order to promote understanding and tolerance, they would be doing the opposite of censorship.
When you censor people you polarize people and amplify the voices on the extremes. This squeezes out any middle ground in which people can come together and find common ground. This is done on purpose because the more different groups of people are in conflict with one another, the more power the government has.
In the Christian specific segment we’ll simply have a general discussion on life as Christian believers. God gives us many ways via the natural order to understand Him and who He is. For instance, God told man to go forth and subjugate the Earth. Just as God has dominion over all things, we are supposed to have dominion over the Earth and in this way, we can come to somewhat understand things from the Lord’s perspective.
