Sven Longshanks looks at Wales First Minister Mark Drakeford’s plan to disproportionately advantage ethnic minorities.
The Wales anti-racist action plan wants to see ethnic minorities make up 20% of all government employees within 4 years, despite them only making up less than 4% of the population.
The plan counter-signals the UK government, whose own investigation found there was no institutional racism in Great Britain.
It also complains about an historical imbalance of power, when there were no ethnic minority communities of any size at all historically, as before 1945 Britain was 99.9% ethnically British.
