“Words have power”. We’ve often heard this stated but have we ever stopped to consider that words have the power to create reality? When enough people repeat the same words over and over again, a new reality is indeed created, at least in the psyche of the populace.
It’s important to note that “reality” does not equal “truth”. Truth is unchanging and doesn’t care about what is “real” in the minds of the people (this will be delved into further in the Christian specific segment). Four years ago, if you got sick you’d say, “There’s a bug going around and I’m really sick. I went to the doctor and he says it’s viral and there’s nothing to be done but rest and wait to get over it”. Now people say, “I have Covid” which seems to have a much more sinister meaning to it. Why is it different though? What makes Covid any different than “having caught a bug that’s going around”?
The truth is not different but the reality as it exists in the minds of the people is completely different. They’ve heard it and they’ve repeated it so for the people, it’s a different thing entirely. This all matters of course because it just follows reason that whoever controls the ability to get the public to repeat these words, wields an immense amount of power.
In the Christian specific segment, we’ll be taking a look at parallels between our world today (I.e. the end times) and the days of Noah. As Christian believers in clown world, we are all working on our “arks” while the rest of the world mocks and ridicules us and says that things will always go on just as they are.
