However, while his asylum application was pending judicial review, the U.S. government deported him back to Germany, in violation of U.S. law. In Germany, Germar had to serve 44 months in prison for his historical research

Germar is now back in America and has published over 50 books looking in forensic detail at the claims made about the alleged deliberate murder of 6 million Jews in gas chambers
