This disease is normally spread by ticks, but this particular outbreak caused lung problems showing the bacteria was inhaled.
Tick-borne diseases regularly appear in these warfare programs, but modified to be spread by aerosols.
Typhus and Q Fever are some others and there are suggestions that Lyme Disease should also be included as a bio-weapon.
It has inserts that could not have appeared naturally, much like the coronavirus that also appears to have started in a lab.
