Sven Longshanks and Max Musson look at the later life of good queen Bess.

Elizabeth I is famous for having removed the Black slaves that had appeared within England.

From the original source documents it can be seen that these slaves had a higher status than the White unemployed, who were said to be perishing for want of the same employment that the slaves had.

People today claim she did not actually remove them, but her directives are quite clear and it would have been unthinkable to go against the Queen’s wishes.
