The speech outlined the historical reasons for the annexation of the four regions and the UN guidance on it.
He then explained what Russia was up against, a satanic inversion of Russian Christian traditions.
He accused western elites of serving moneyed US interests who want to eliminate all competition and break Russia up into more easily managed pieces.
He also highlighted the corrupt banking practices that have resulted in the current recession.
