In the Christian specific segment we’ll be discussing the dangers of being a Christian and yet, bearing no fruit. In illustrating this, it’s all about the fig trees and the examples Christ laid out for us through them. A fig tree’s entire purpose in existing is to bear figs. So what use is a fig tree that bears none? It just uses up the soil and fails in its purpose. As believers we must strive to fulfill our purpose that the Lord may witness that we are bearing fruit.
