It doesnt matter what the scientists do, whenever they write programs to simulate intelligence they always turn ‘racist’ and reinforce stereotypes.
This is because they analyse data and the data shows there are many differences between the races and sexes, ranging from criminality to perceptions of beauty.
An AI that used online images and captions to train itself, chose Black men to represent criminals and women to represent homemakers.
The fear is that when AI is installed in robots, they may suffer from the same pattern recognition ‘problems’ that humans have.
