Patriotic History: Charles Martel and Odo the Great – PH 011323

Sven Longshanks, TruthVids and PatriArt look at the alliance between Odo and Charles that defeated the Moslem invasion plan.

The Moslem campaign into France was first headed off by Odo at Toulouse, but they continued their attempts to take Gaul.

Odo warned Chares about this and together they took on the invaders in the battle of Tours with much slaughter of their enemies.

While Gaul was uniting against an external enemy, in Britain the Saxons and Cymru continued to fall out and Offa built his dyke to separate the two nations.
