Grandpa Dan likens the current state of U.S. foreign policy to a game of Texas Holdem: Everyone is waiting for the last card to be turned over, the U.S. is holding a pair of two’s but has bluffed and raised the bet to the point they can’t back out while the other players refuse to fold but instead keep calling the bet. The turning point will be when the other players start raising.
