Many years ago, Matthew Raphael Johnson was the first English-language scholar to describe the Jewish program to create a “New Khazaria” in parts of Ukraine and Crimea. The Jewish control of Kiev would pave the way for Israeli migrants to repopulate parts of Ukraine destroyed by the war. Billionaires such as Igor Kolomoisky and groups such as Chabad-Lubavitch financed the building of this new Jewish homeland based around the resurrected Rabbi Menachem Schneerson as the messiah ruling from Dnipro, where Kolomoisky built his throne at his multi-billion dollar “Menorah Center.” Putin destroyed these plans and Zelensky put Kolomoisky in prison. Is Jewish control of Ukraine on its last legs?
