The Cabinet office manages the Government Communications Service, who supposedly prevent 'disinfor mation'
They do this with the help of a company called Storyzy, who use groups like NGO's as authoritative sources.
That would NGOs such as Hope Not Hate, Amnesty International, Syrian Observatory for Human Rights etc.
The BBC is probably on their list as well
