Sven Longshanks looks at David Lammy's response to accusations that British citizens are no longer all equal under the law 

Lammy says that due to disproportionate numbers of non-Whites in the prison system, it is not appropriate to treat everyone equally if those numbers are to come down

He also seems to think that if an Indian Sikh is born in Britain, he ceases to have a migrant heritage
