Dr Matthew Raphael Johnson takes a look at the Serbian St and his controversial views

Fr. Justin of Celije (1894-1979) was the principle Serbian theologian of the 20th century, educated among other places, at Oxford, along with Nikolai Velimirovic, a former ecumenist turned traditionalist

He was a scholar of Dostoevsky, and that is the subject of this presentation. His interpretation of Dostoevsky and his relationship to modern thought and its origins was both unique and controversial, even among traditionalists. He was canonized in Serbia in 2010
