Pretty much everyone is familiar with the story of Sodom and Gomorrah and how Lot and his family were the only people spared from God’s destruction. 

Today’s discussion will consider what life might have been like before the events depicted in the Bible. It is not reasonable to believe the events told in the Bible were an isolated incident when it comes to the behavior of the people of Sodom. 

So how might life have been for Lot living among these people? These questions are relevant today because in many ways, we are living in a modern Sodom
