America is collapsing under the weight of corruption, incompetence, injustice and a barrage of increasingly outrageous lies. Yet for many people both inside and outside the U.S., there continues all it needs is to be given a tweak (not to be confused with twerk, please don’t twerk) and it will somehow start functioning in a different manner than it currently is.
Understand this: while the situation is obviously different for someone whose house has been bombed as a result of U.S. policy, at the end of the day, a US citizen doesn’t have any more say on what the government does than the person overseas whose house has been bombed. The controls on this train aren’t responding and they won’t let us into the locomotive.
While the system we live under may be irreparably broken, that doesn’t mean there’s nothing we can do period. In our Christian specific segment this week, we will be discussing what it is you can and should be doing while the world around us spirals down the drain into hell.
