The Chief of Montgomery Police explains how the bus boycott began and how Rosa Parks was actually the third to break the bus seating rules.

The communists made a huge thing of this and encouraged all the Blacks to stop using the buses and start using private transport.

This was illegal, as the buses had been put on specifically for the public to use and the private transport was now making the money.
