Sven Longshanks looks at a new statue unveiled in Wales and a 96-year-old lady going on the run in Germany.
The new statue is to honour the stupendous achievement of a Black woman becoming a primary school Head Teacher.
Apparently this represents overcoming insurmountable odds, because when she was a child she was told it was unlikely.
In Germany, an elderly woman who made the tea and typed letters when she was a teenager at a German work camp has gone on the run, after being charged with being an accessory to the murder of 11,000 people.
