Sinead disliked the male attention that she got due to her large breasts at school, but nobody suggested this could be at the root of her problems.

Instead, she was encouraged to think she was really a man trapped in a woman’s body.

After cutting her breasts off, growing a beard and deepening her voice, she finally realised that transitioning had just made things worse.

She claims her case is just the tip of the iceberg and there will be many more.
