Sven Longshanks looks at some instances of racially aggravated violence not being prosecuted as such in the courts.
If a White person simply uses racially aggravated language, they run the risk of a prison sentence. But if you are non-White, it seems racially aggravated language can be used alongside extreme violence, yet will not be included as an aggravating factor in the conviction.
An anti-White gang attack, just saw no prison sentence at all and an anti-White horrific maiming and attempted murder a couple of years back saw just a conviction for wounding. Judges also neglected to apply it to the predominantly non-White grooming gangs, who raped almost all White victims.
One judge even used the ‘racially aggravating’ factor for a non-White attacker of non-White victims, sending the message that if the non-White criminal had attacked White girls he would have got less of a sentence.
Non-Whites cannot be blamed for this two tier legal system we have created, it is our own people and our own government who are to blame.
